Questions from developers
Do I need projects already under way?
Not necessarily. Investors are interested in the ability to develop in a given area and technology; projects under way help to demonstrate it.
Who bears development costs?
The co-development agreement between you and the investor sets that out: it is one of the points to define before signing.
Who do I sign with?
With the investor, directly. greenfield.solar is not a party to the co-development agreement.
Do you also deal with owners of land or rooftops?
No. We work with developers and investors.
