What data we process

• Data you send through the form: full name, company, phone, e-mail, profile, technology and type of enquiry, size and regions of interest, message text.
• Data you give us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp: whatever you choose to provide in the conversation.
• Browsing data: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type, recorded in the logs of the server hosting the site for its operation and security.

Please do not enter special categories of personal data in the form.

Why we process it and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry and contact you: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To manage any advisory engagement and the related administrative and tax obligations: performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• For the security of the site and to prevent misuse of the form: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data to send newsletters or promotional messages, and we do not carry out profiling.

Who may receive it

The suppliers that provide us with technical services (website hosting and e-mail), acting as processors. Only if you ask, and after checking with you, the development professionals or investors you ask to be put in touch with. Data is not sold or disclosed publicly.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries not followed by an engagement: up to 24 months from the last contact.
• Data linked to an engagement: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (as a rule 10 years for accounting records).
• Server logs: for the period set by the hosting provider.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@greenfield.solar. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country of residence.

Providing data is optional, but without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry.

Cookies

This site sets no profiling cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no resources from third-party domains: fonts, images and code are hosted on the site. That is why there is no cookie banner. The contact form is protected against automated submissions without cookies.

Links to WhatsApp open an external service, which applies its own rules.

Updates

This policy may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page. Last updated: 7 October 2026. The Italian version prevails in case of differences.
